Abacus Hair Studio in Bewdley make it through to the Grand Final of the L'Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy 2009 at this years South/South Western regional finals in London. Allison & Nick Ford, directors of Abacus Hair Studio, Bewdley said:
"We research as much as possible, look at what’s going on during fashion week. We take a broad outlook and keep searching until we see something that inspires us. Ultimately it's essential to produce something you like yourself and reflects your salon. We considered how we could use what’s in now and take it next season. The clothes styling is the most important element so we built around that."

I am pleased to announce that after a great night at the Midlands regional finals, Andrea Beers and Jade Howles, stylists from the Andrea Beers salon in Kidderminster have made it through to the Grand Final of the L'Oréal Professionnel Colour Trophy 2008.
Andrea and Jade explain the inspiration behind their striking image:
“We wanted to create a strong colour that had a sense of effortlessness about it. Our fashion inspiration was taken from the Balenciaga catwalk collection and we had our model’s outfit made especially for the competition in order to reflect this bold style.”
